Robyn Marano, Regional Marketing Director, Madison Marquette

Robyn joined Madison Marquette in 2006 and is responsible for conceptualizing, directing and implementing all aspects of the company's strategic marketing plan and for increasing center sales productivity. She has over 14 years of experience in business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing initiatives and has served in leadership roles at Simon, The Mills Corporation and PREIT.

Robyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Specialization inMarketing from Rowan University. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. She has also served as a speaker at industry events and a frequent contributor to various trade publications highlighting her social media expertise.

Alan McKeon, President & CEO, Alexander Babbage

Alan McKeon is President and CEO of Alexander Babbage a market and consumer research firm serving clients in the shopping center, retail, restaurant, sports and entertainment industries. Starting his career in consumer packaged goods with Kellogg Company in England, McKeon worked throughout Europe as European Manager for Nielsen Marketing Research before coming to the U.S.

Since joining Alexander Babbage in 2004, he has led the acquisition of the oldest consumer research company in the shopping center industry, 30-year old Stillerman Jones, and the most technologically advanced, MAXtrak. Today, Alexander Babbage continues to focus on bottom-line results and provide client insights through data-driven innovations including measuring the effectiveness of social media and determining the true drivers of geographic and retail productivity (SpendR™).

Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Management Science with Honors, from the University of Manchester, England.

charlotte sykes

Charlotte Sykes, Vice President Shopping Center Research, Alexander Babbage

A consumer research specialist with more than 25 years' experience, Charlotte has been directly responsible for the creation, implementation and analysis of research projects across a wide range of consumer and development projects. As a vice president at Alexander Babbage, clients value both her hands-on participation in a project and the depth of relevant experience and insight she brings to each study.

Charlotte understands how to integrate data from disparate sources including geographic, demographic, attitudinal and behavioral to form actionable recommendations for shopping centers and clients worldwide. Her specialized experience has been called upon in a variety of industries and venues including shopping center development companies, national and regional restaurant chains, utilities, airports, mixed-used developments and local and national events.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Programs developed by Charlotte have been recognized with four MAXI awards and three Merit awards by ICSC.
